At Hair Lab, we thrive by working together as a team. We support each other in various tasks such as keeping the salon clean, managing timing with shampoos and blow-dries, and even handling social media. Everyone, including the owner, pitches in to create a fun and efficient environment.

We go beyond the state board minimums to ensure our salon is a sanitary and comfortable space for both guests and employees. This means sanitizing between each guest, keeping personal tools clean, and maintaining clean facilities at all times.

We foster growth through free monthly in-salon education and encourage our team to pursue advanced education outside the salon. Balance is also key: when you clock out, you’re truly off the clock. We respect your free time but also expect dedication during your shifts, even if that means helping the team or working on self-improvement tasks.

Career Points for Hiring

We hire at the beginning of your career for intensive training and after 2 years of experience to maintain high standards. We may also consider those in-between if they are open to on-the-job training.
